Please daven for : Sarah Yehudis Krisel bat Chaya FaigaMorah Yehudis is at home healing. She is full of life, love, and attention for all who visit her. You will be very blessed if you do. Please read her Torah both on this page below and Here Date: Wed, 5 Dec 2007 14:39 Subject: Yehudis was in a car accident Her leg was broken in two places. She is shaken up and bruised but she will be OK. Stay tuned for info on how you can help in terms of food, visiting, etc. Meanwhile, please daven for her Sarah Yehudis Krisel bat Chaya Faiga - Rabbi Gavriel Morah Yehudis has given so much to our community and to each one of us - time to give back. She is in her house, unable to move around and take care of her basic needs. She is quite shaken up, somewhat drugged with painkillers. Please dig in - this is where the rubber meets the road, so to speak, where all the nice ideas we think about and hear about come into action (or are shown to be ultimately worthless). This IS the spirit of Hanukkah. This is what we need: • PRIMARILY we need someone to stay over tonight to take care of her. • SECONDARILY we will need people to take shifts at her place, maybe in two-hour increments. Contact Gary for that. • WE will need food for her, but her dietary needs are pretty specific. Talk to Ketriellah if you want to help with that. • We will ultimately need funds to take care of basic needs, since though her medical bills etc. will ultimately be covered by the other driver's insurance, this may take some time. To schedule a visit to Morah Yehudis, you can call her directly at : 720-406-7657 To volunteer your help please call : Gary Kornfeld 303-946-7587 Shari Kark 303 330-1070 The Morah’s Torah December 12, 2007 Following my miraculous survival from a car accident on the first day of Chanukah, I would like to express my thanks and gratitude to the Boulder Jewish Community. Your care, concern, support, help and love have encompassed me 24/7 throughout this festival of lights and holiness. May Hashem bless all of you many times over with everything you need, materially and spiritually, and may we all merit to see the light of Mashiach, speedily in our days. ~ Morah Yehudis December 17, 2007 Dear Friends and Students of Yehudis Fishman, May the warm light of Hanukkah brighten all your Winter Days. You may have already heard about the serious car accident that Yehudis suffered on the first day of Hanukkah while on her way to teach a class. Yehudis miraculously survived with only a leg broken into two places and a car which was totaled by the woman who ran a red light. With no health insurance, Yehudis has been the recipient of care in her home 24/7 from her many friends in the Boulder Jewish Community. A fund has been set up for Yehudis’s immediate medical and health needs. Your participation would make a significant difference.
