Directions to 1805 Balsam Avenue, Boulder, Colorado

Go on 19th St. to Balsam Avenue.
There is a 4 way Stop.
Turn West (towards mountains).
The Shul is the second house on the right.

Note: The street names in this area are not unlike Jerusalem, they can look like the same street, but change name from one block to another. So when coming from the South, go North from 20th & Pearl. As it goes over the hill at Alpine, the name changes to 19th. Continue one block to the 4 way stop at Balsam, and turn left.

Even Mapquest is not clear about these name changes.

From 28th St. and Valmont :

You can proceed West on Valmont for about a mile
Until the 4 way stop at 19th Street.
Then keep going straight (West, towards the mountains)
Two houses past the 4 way stop on the right.

Note : When approaching from the East, Valmont changes to Edgewood at Folsum, and then changes to Balsam at 19th, but is one continuous street.

From downtown at the Pearl Street pedestrian mall and Broadway,

Go North on Broadway. You will pass several lights including Spruce Street, Pine Street, and one on North Street. This will bring you to a new business area with a mini-mall on the east and hospital buildings on the west. There is a light at Balsam Ave. Turn right (East, away from montains) and go 4 blocks to 17th Street for parking.

Parking for the Shul

Proceed West on Balsam for one block to 17th Street
Turn left (South) just before a large church.
Park on the street here.
